Dispatch to customers in the USA occurs from our warehouses in the USA. However, our Head Office and Helpdesk are located in Australia. Please be aware enquiries will be answered from Sunday to Thursday USA time. All email enquiries will be answered within a 24-hour timeframe. Please note as our head office and transaction processing is based in Australia, your bank may apply international transaction fees.

Processing and Delivery Times

When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be immediately sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at onlinestore.us@zimmermannwear.com

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Sunday and Thursday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day. Deliveries within the USA, shipped by UPS' Ground Service, can be expected to arrive within 2-5 days from the date of shipment.

Deliveries outside of the USA, shipped by UPS' Worldwide Expedited Service, can be expected to arrive within 2-3 days from the date of shipment. For deliveries to Canada by UPS can be expected to arrive within 2-6 days from the date of shipment.

Shipping within the USA and Canada

For shipping within the USA and Canada, we use UPS' ground service. Once your parcel has been dispatched a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. You can track your parcel at www.ups.com. Deliveries will usually arrive within 2-6 days of shipment, depending on your location.

Please note that orders of multiple items may be shipped in more than one package. This will be indicated by multiple tracking numbers on your shipping confirmation email.

Shipping to the UK, Europe, South America, the Middle East and the Caribbean

For shipping outside of the USA, we use UPS' Worldwide Expedited Service. Once your parcel has been dispatched a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. You can track your parcel at www.ups.com. Deliveries will usually arrive within 2-3 days from the date of shipment.

All deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure your delivery address is attended and provide a business address where possible, or such other address where someone will be able to sign for the delivery between 9am and 5pm.

Please note that orders of multiple items may be shipped in more than one package. This will be indicated by multiple tracking numbers on your shipping confirmation email.

Want it Now? Expedited Delivery Available

For residents in the USA, our online store offers an expedited overnight delivery service on request.

In order to use this service, please:

  • Send an email to onlinestore.us@zimmermannwear.com immediately after finalising your purchase at the online store (quoting your order number); and
  • Request expedited overnight delivery

Expedited overnight delivery via UPS is only available on orders and email requests received between before 3pm each weekday. An additional fee (on top of existing shipping charges) of USD$20.00 will apply.

All deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure your delivery address is attended. If your order is unable to be delivered, a redirection fee may apply.

Currency, Taxes and Duty

Note that all product prices indicated and payments made on the USA online store site are in American Dollar currency.

Orders to countries outside the USA may be subject to import taxes and/or duties, which are applied when your package reaches your country. Your order is shipped on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, contact your local customs office.

Important Note: customers in the United Kingdom may be subject to duties and taxes amounting to an excess of 20% of the total order value. We advise that customers contact their local customs authority for further clarification on any applicable charges.

Sales Tax

Currently, Sales Tax will only be applied to orders shipped to New York and California. All taxes will be added to the order total at checkout.

Item Availability

Because stock quantities are not updated in real time, items may be sold out at the time of purchase. If a sold-out item is purchased, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund.

Changes to Your Order

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order, however our usual returns process is available. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us via email at onlinestore.us@zimmermannwear.com immediately. If your order has already been shipped, Zimmermann accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered.

If there are any delays to your order, you will be notified via email. Please ensure the email address entered in the checkout is attended. Please note we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time, at our sole discretion.

Shipments which are rejected by the receiver will result in the customer incurring redirection fees. On the instance that a shipment is rejected by the receiver, it is the customer's responsibility to contact us to notify us of the situation.

Zimmermann reserves the right to cancel any order after purchase.

Gift Wrapping

All orders arrive packaged in Zimmermann tissue paper and a Zimmermann box which is suitable for gift giving.
