Returns

If you would like to return or exchange your purchase for any reason, please follow the returns procedure below.

Returns within the USA:

1. Email us at onlinestore.us@zimmermannwear.com to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RA Number), quoting your Order Number. You must notify us of the reason for the return and if you require an exchange or refund.

2. All deliveries come with an Online Store Returns Form. This must be completed and sent to us with your return.

3. When returning goods, please enclose:

a. The completed Online Store Returns Form, including your RA number

b. Your receipt

c. Your goods for return, including packaging and tags

4. To organise a return:

a. Enclose the garment (and its original packaging including Zimmermann box) , and the returns form, inside secure packaging;

b. Affix the returns label (enclosed in your original shipment) to the outside of the package;

c. Contact UPS and give it to a UPS driver, place it in a UPS drop box or drop it at a UPS facility. To find a local UPS location, visit www.ups.com.

While Zimmermann covers the costs of returns using the prepaid returns label within the USA, we do not refund initial shipping charges for goods returned. Items we exchange will be resent to you at our own cost.

Please note items received outside of the specified returns period will not be accepted.

Returns from Canada, the UK, Europe, South America, the Middle East and the Caribbean:

1. Email us at onlinestore.us@zimmermannwear.com to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RA Number), quoting your Order Number. You must notify us of the reason for the return and if you require an exchange or refund.

2. All deliveries come with an Online Store Returns Form. This must be completed and sent to us with your return.

3. When returning goods, please enclose:

a. The completed Online Store Returns Form, including your RA number

b. Your receipt

c. Your goods for return, including packaging and tags

4. Please return your goods. For returns outside the USA, please either mail the item back to us or use a reputable courier company of your choice.
Express Mail: For returns sent by mail, please use an express postal service to ensure your item is received within the accepted time frame.
Courier: For returns sent by courier, please use a reputable courier company of your choice, such as UPS.

We do not refund initial shipping charges for goods returned. Items we exchange will be resent to you at our own cost.

General

Returns or exchanges are accepted on goods within 15 days from the date of purchase. Items received outside this period will not be accepted. Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place. Every garment shipped has a tag attached reading “Once this tag is removed, this garment cannot be returned”. Once this tag has been removed, the garment is no longer returnable. We strongly suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received.

We can only exchange items for a different size. Due to the select nature of our merchandise, we regret we cannot guarantee availability of merchandise for exchange. If you wish to exchange for a different style, we recommend returning your purchase for a refund and placing another order.

We are unable to accept returns on items purchased on the online store at Zimmermann stores in the USA. Similarly, purchases made in Zimmermann stores cannot be returned to the USA online store. Goods will only be processed if they have a valid Online Store Returns Form.

Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or refund on the cost at purchase price (excluding original shipping cost), directly to the credit card or PayPal account used for purchase. Please allow 5 working days for returns to be processed. You will receive email notification of the status of your return.

Swimwear and Lingerie

For all swimwear and lingerie, customers must try on items wearing undergarments. If returned, the protective hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered, or the item otherwise shows signs of wear.

Shoes

Please try on shoes on soft surfaces before they are worn generally. We will not accept shoes returned with sole markings or scratches. The box must be returned with the shoes.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers may not be returned and are valid for 1 year from the date of issue, and are valid for use online and in Zimmermann stores in the USA.

Cancellations and order modification

Once an order has been placed on our website we are unable to modify or cancel the order. Please refer to our returns policy and return your purchase once you have received your order if you wish to return or exchange an item.
